Configurazione dei pagamenti, tempi, cripto, mance — tutto sui soldi che arrivano in tasca.
You delivered the weird thing. Here's exactly how, when, and where the money lands.
Your payout is the agreed price minus the 15% fulfiller fee. If the job was $100, you receive $85. If you negotiated the price up to $200 in your application, you receive $170. The math is always shown on the job before you commit to anything.
Two things never reduce your payout:
You can apply to requests before setting up payouts, but set them up before you're picked so there's no delay when the money's ready. Head to Settings → Payments.
The standard rail for most of the world:
Supported countries follow Stripe Connect's country list — the payments settings page shows whether yours is on it.
Prefer a wallet? Add a crypto payout address in payment settings and receive USDC instead. Same trigger (poster accepts), different rail. Mind your own wallet hygiene — we can't reverse a transfer to an address you typo'd.
| Event | What happens |
|---|---|
| Poster accepts your delivery | Escrow releases → transfer starts immediately |
| Poster does nothing for 5 days after approved delivery | Auto-release fires → same transfer, no action needed |
| Poster requests a revision | Timer pauses; payout happens after they accept the revision (or 5 days pass) |
| Dispute opens | Escrow freezes until a human resolves it |
If a job is accepted but your payout setup isn't finished, the money doesn't vanish — it waits in escrow flagged as deferred, and the system retries automatically every few hours once you're payout-ready. Finish your setup and it sweeps out to you without anyone touching anything.
Posters can tip after accepting. Tips are charged to their card and forwarded to you minus only the card-processing fee (roughly 3% + a few cents — the exact processor fee, never an estimate padded in our favor). A $50 tip lands as roughly $48.25. Platform's share: $0.
Tips use the same payout rail you've configured and the same deferred logic if you're not set up yet.
You're paid in the request's currency. If your bank account settles in something else, the conversion happens at your bank/Stripe's rate when it lands. Your displayed earnings in the app convert to your display currency at current rates — display only; the stored amounts never drift.
Your payouts are income; handling tax on it is on you. Depending on your country and volume, the payments partner may issue tax paperwork or report payouts to your tax authority — the payout onboarding flow covers what applies to you. We don't withhold anything.
Everything above is visible in one place: shows what's sitting in escrow with your name on it, lifetime payouts, tips received, and a per-job history — each row with a printable receipt (browser print → save as PDF). If a job is frozen by a dispute, it's flagged there too.
Where do I see my earnings? — totals, history, and receipts. Each request page also shows its own money trail.
The poster accepted but I see nothing in my bank. Check Settings → Payments: if your account shows anything other than active, finish onboarding — your money is parked in deferred state, not lost.
Can I split a payout across rails? No — one payout method active at a time. You can switch between jobs.
Minimum payout? No minimum. If a $25 job releases, $21.25 heads your way.
