# Fulfilling requests

Spotted a request you can crush? Here's the whole loop, from applying to getting paid.

## 1. Apply

On any open request, write a short pitch: why you, and how you'd approach it. You can accept the listed price or propose your own. Keep it real — posters can see every applicant side by side.

To get paid later you'll need a payout method set up. You can apply first, but set up payouts before you're picked so there's no delay. See [payment settings](/settings/payments).

## 2. Get picked

When a poster picks you, their money moves into escrow immediately. That's your signal it's real and funded — start the work.

The chat for that request opens up so you and the poster can sort out details. Keep it on-platform: moving the conversation off-site to dodge fees is against the rules and risks a strike.

## 3. Deliver

Submit your work through the delivery form — notes plus any files. At submission you'll also choose whether you're okay making the finished piece public on the [discover feed](/discover) (it only goes public if the poster also opts in).

Every delivery gets a quick human moderation pass before it reaches the poster.

## 4. Get accepted (and paid)

The poster reviews and accepts. Escrow releases to you, minus the fulfiller fee. If they want changes, you get one revision round to make it right.

If a poster goes quiet after an approved delivery, auto-release kicks in after a few days so you're not left hanging.

## Getting paid out

Payouts go to your connected account (card-based payouts via Stripe, or a crypto address if you chose that rail). Details and timing are in [Escrow & payouts](/docs/escrow-and-payouts).

## Reputation

Deliver well, on time, and you build a track record that gets you picked more. Both sides rate each other after a job — ratings reveal once both are in, so nobody's swayed by the other's score.
